In 2023 I did an internship with Heleen van Deur. A Dutch paper artist. My fascination for paper and abstract sculptures came to life in this internship. The boundaries of paper extended in my mind. We decided that we wanted to make a sculpture together. we discussed shape, what it means, how to build it up and what it needs to be finished. The sculpture is made from orange clay, a technique I learned during this time.
